Gear grinding
Specialized in the metallurgy industry, Atelier Vanhoutte offers two methods of gear grinding; cylindrical grinding, and EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) grinding.
Who is Atelier Vanhoutte?
We produce mechanical transmission systems either in standard sizes, or open-type design. We can produce large quantities or small series depending on the needs of our customers. Related parts can also be produced.
Grind & Spark
Gear grinding removes a considerable amount of metal to obtain a quality gear with a high degree of dimensional accuracy. We offer precision cylindrical grinding at 100 x 500 and 380 x 1800, and EDM grinding at 600 x 400 x 320. Atelier Vanhoutte offers high quality gear grinding at reasonable prices.
